The driving force behind creating FWS was to share his many discoveries that exist in most every workplace he's encountered. The end result is a 12 to 18 percent improvement in efficiency between services and cost expended. He's an past Executive Board Member of the St. Louis Chapter of IFMA and Member of the Inter. Facility Managers Consulting Council. Past President of the St. Louis Commercial Division and a Board member of MGA.
