James Delgado: MREM, CFM is the Managing Principal for FWS. He holds a Master Degree in Real Estate Management and has over twenty three years of real estate & facility management experience. The driving force behind creating FWS was to share his many discoveries that exist in most every workplace he's encountered. The end result is a 12 to 18 percent improvement in efficiency between services and cost expended. He's an past Executive Board Member of the St. Louis Chapter of IFMA and Member of the Inter. Facility Managers Consulting Council. Past President of the St. Louis Commercial Division and a Board member of MGA. Many issues face business operators today and being all things to the business can be a hindrance to managing and growth of products creating a larger client base. Facilities are a tool used to support and organize the business, but it is a valued asset that can become overlooked. James Delgado, as Managing Partner has actively supported many large corporate businesses in the roles of Leader, Manager, Director and past Region Director managing 1,200,000 square feet with hundreds of internal customers. The range of services is from selection of sites, corporate services, vendor and staff development. Partnering with business owners to uncover their base concerns is conducted through an initial audit documenting the many opportunities to improve service delivery, cost, and quality of work environment for all employees.
